3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION & ACCURACY

Healthytrac is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by third-party platforms or outdated information.
4 – PRODUCT USAGE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for:

- Maintaining proper cleaning and ventilation
- Following all safety guidelines
Improper handling, negligence, misuse or unauthorized modification may result in permanent damage not covered under warranty.
5 – DUST & MAINTENANCE POLICY
Healthytrac devices require proper maintenance and cleaning.
Dust accumulation inside or outside the device is considered a natural environmental factor and not a manufacturing defect.
Any malfunction caused due to:
- Dust buildup
- Improper maintenance
- Blocked airflow or ventilation
- Unclean operating environment
will not be covered under warranty.
In such situations, customers may avail paid repair and servicing support from Healthytrac.
6 – WARRANTY POLICY
Healthytrac provides a 3 Month Limited Manufacturing Warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers only verified manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Misuse or negligence
- Dust-related issues
- Voltage fluctuations
- Unauthorized repairs or opening of device
- Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
All warranty claims require:
- Valid proof of purchase
- Photo/video verification
- Inspection and approval by Healthytrac
Healthytrac reserves the right to repair, replace parts or reject claims after inspection.
7 – 7 DAY REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacement requests are accepted only within 7 days from product delivery and only for verified manufacturing defects.
To qualify for replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days
- Original packaging and accessories must be available
- Product must not show signs of misuse or physical damage
Replacement requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
8 – NO REFUND POLICY
Healthytrac does not provide refunds once the product is delivered, except where legally required.
Approved cases may be resolved through repair or replacement only.
Shipping charges, taxes and insurance fees are non-refundable.
9 – SHIPPING & SERVICE CHARGES
Customers are responsible for:
- Shipping charges for service or inspection
- Safe packaging during transit
- Sending products only after authorization from Healthytrac
Healthytrac is not responsible for damage caused during transit arranged by the customer.
10 – PAID REPAIR & SERVICE SUPPORT
For:
- Out-of-warranty products
- Dust-related issues
- Non-covered damages
- Maintenance-related repairs
Healthytrac may provide paid repair and servicing support subject to parts availability.
Repair and shipping charges will be communicated before proceeding.
11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Healthytrac shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
- Business interruption or revenue loss
- Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance
- Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
Liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product.
12 – THIRD PARTY LINKS
Certain content or services available through our website may include materials from third parties.
Healthytrac is not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content, websites or services.
13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Healthytrac logos, branding, product designs, website materials and content remain the intellectual property of Healthytrac.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
14 – TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if any customer violates these Terms & Conditions.
15 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.
