3 Month Manufacturing Warranty

Healthytrac provides a 3 Month Limited Manufacturing Warranty on all red light therapy devices from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to verified manufacturing defects occurring under normal and recommended usage conditions.

Healthytrac may, after inspection and verification:

  • Repair the device
  • Replace defective parts
  • Provide a replacement unit if required
  • All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To process a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Device serial number, if applicable
  • Clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue
  • Description of the problem
  • Warranty claims without proper verification may be rejected.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Internal electrical faults under normal use
  • Hardware malfunction caused by production defects 

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

 

  • Physical damage or accidental damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Voltage fluctuations or power surge damage
  • Unauthorized opening, repair, or modification
  • Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused during stand assembly or improper installation
  • Damage caused due to improper storage or environmental conditions

Dust & Maintenance Policy

Healthytrac devices require proper cleaning and maintenance.

Dust accumulation inside or outside the device is considered a natural environmental factor and is not classified as a manufacturing defect.

Any malfunction caused due to:

  • Dust buildup
  • Improper maintenance
  • Unclean operating environment
  • Blocked ventilation or airflow

will not be covered under warranty.

In such situations, Healthytrac may provide paid repair and servicing support.

Paid Service Support

For:

  • Out-of-warranty devices
  • Non-covered damages
  • Maintenance-related issues

Healthytrac offers paid servicing and repair support subject to parts availability.

 

Service charges, repair costs, and shipping charges will be informed before proceeding.

Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Warranty is non-transferable.
  • Healthytrac reserves the right to inspect the device before approving any repair or replacement.
  • Healthytrac is not responsible for delays caused by logistics or courier services.
